What is BTCP?
Bible Training Centre for Pastors is 'a ready-made system to multiply biblically equipped pastors and church leaders for all nations.' Their course is 'affordable, accessible, practical & reproducible'.
The Statistics
'Most of the world's pastors and church leaders have no theological training. Church growth estimates indicate that 1,000 more pastors are needed daily. There are an estimated 3,000,000 untrained pastors in the world.'
How It Is Used in Belize
Justin Atcheson teaches a group of men in Belize City using BTCP's ten book, 2-3 year long training curriculum. He also leads training in southern Belize in the villages of Red Bank and Bella Vista. This is done in hopes and prayers that these men will complete the course, fully equipped, to Biblically teach others. Currently, those in Belize City are scheduled to complete the course in February, 2026.
